It was about time for a true podcast about real estate, innovation, and the future of work in Romania, don’t you think? Yup. Exactly how we expected. We’re proud to present you, or to introduce you (take it as you like), to the first project of its kind in our country, ladies and gentlemen: On Campus Podcast — Real talk in the future workplace!
What is On Campus Podcast? On Campus Podcast is a Romanian remake of Ivy League campus’ business conversations, with guests who know more things about The Things than the rest of the world.
You will find here a lot of interesting debates about ideas that stood at the bottom of the biggest companies of our days. Unfiltered, full of inspiration, and also real.
The creators
Bold projects are always created by daring people. On Campus Podcast is built by two amazing and adventurous entrepreneurs, well known for their experience in marketing, real estate, and the hospitality industry: Vlad Buzoianu and Smaranda Ignat.
Vlad pioneered the ‘’new urban’’ concept in Romania and was the first to transform the workplace into an experience, taking offices on a B2B2C journey. He practices and preaches a work-life blending philosophy that transforms concrete into communities and offices into places that make our lives better. Vlad started his vision and real estate journey in 2015 and quickly established CBC as a brand appreciated by its community and studied by the industry. His hobbies are writing and extreme sports.
Smaranda, the “on duty firefighter” as she called herself for performing best in critical situations, is an entrepreneur, trainer, business consultant, connections facilitator between startups and traditional businesses. Since 2019 she is the co-founder of ProTech Romanian Association, an NGO which promotes technology in the real estate field.
