Sasha Khadivian leads internal tooling within the go-to-market organization at Cursor, the AI code editor used by engineering teams around the world. As a founding member of Cursor’s AI Deployment team, he worked hands-on with large engineering organizations to adopt AI coding tools effectively — then went on to establish Cursor’s internal tools function, building the systems that power how the company’s GTM and field teams operate as it scaled from ~130 to 800+ people.

Before Cursor, Sasha spent over a decade as a software engineer, including at Apple and Airbnb, and as a staff/lead engineer building full-stack products across fintech and developer-facing platforms. He’s known for translating fluently between technical and business audiences, and for a grounded, hype-free take on where AI actually creates value.
