Richard Wartell is VP of Data Products at Super, where he leads data engineering, foundations, experimentation, machine learning and personalization. Richard is also one of the main drivers in AI transformation, Super’s cross-cutting AI initiative for the entire product and technology organisation.

Before Super, he built and led engineering and security organizations at Meta, Palo Alto Networks, and Coalition. Holding a PhD in security and binary analysis, he has spent his career deliberately chasing the hardest problems in computing: starting in security, moving into data at scale, and now deep in ML and AI systems.
