Hrvoje Ćosić was born in Zagreb. After completing his graduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb, he started his professional career as a Manager in the bank, where he worked in various positions within the Treasury, Risk Controlling and Liquidity, Financial Market and Currency Trading Sectors. Shortly after, he founded Fornax LLC, his first Computer Programming company.

He was involved in various Business in the Real-estate, Energy and Energy Efficiency Sectors, but his Core Business was always tied to the ICT industry.

In 2015., Hrvoje and his partner founded Aircash, the first Croatian Fintech which placed a digital wallet on the market. Aircash is a highly regulated institution for electronic money, with a licence issued from the Croatian National Bank, that is valid in the entire EU. Apart from that, Aircash is the only institution in Croatia that is not a Bank, that can issue Mastercard cards.

As the CEO of Aircash, Hrvoje and his team are intensively working on new Financial products, with over 1.500.000 users (January 2026) to expand further in the EU market, with plans to expand beyond EU borders.
