I’ve spent the last 15 years bridging the gap between complex tech and real-world business needs. Today, I am part of the Data & AI team for the CEE region at Google, but my journey has taken me through roles at PwC, MicroStrategy, Qlik, and Oracle, covering everything from HR people analytics to operational optimization across various industries. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with enterprise teams across Poland, the Baltics, and the wider CEE region, delivering high-impact solutions for the likes of Allegro and the Court Administration of Latvia.
