Michelle Rosa-Wolfe is a global sales executive and aviation leader with over 17 years of international experience spanning luxury services, business aviation, and fine art. As Executive Vice President at Vista, she drives global sales across a fleet of over 270 aircraft, alongside a partner network of more than 2,100. Her leadership plays a pivotal role in the expansion of the VistaJet Program, XO Membership, and ad-hoc charter services worldwide.

A high-impact performer recognized consistently for her results, Michelle has earned multiple accolades including two top global sales awards in 2023 and promotion through the executive ranks. Leading her sales team with initiatives across 29 countries, she has supported the introduction of VistaJet’s Bombardier Global 7500 and Global 8000 aircraft.
Michelle’s career began in the fine art world, where she held leadership roles and orchestrating international auctions and gallery events across the globe. Her experience in luxury services established the client-centric ethos that has defined her approach ever since.

She holds a BA in Humanities from The Open University, MBA studies at the London School of Economics and is a sought-after voice in leadership and global business.
