Refund Policy
- Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled and the amount of money paid will not be refunded, regardless of whether the product has been used or not.
- Refunds will be granted ONLY in case of cancellation of the Festival for reasons related to the exclusive fault of the Organizer.
- You can keep your ticket for next year’s edition or change the name of the attendee 15 days prior to the event start date.
