Five companies and a couple of exits later, I guess I’m an entrepreneur for life. Fraction is my current bet – we’ve built an AI Software Factory to help ship software and agents at 10X velocity, for 80% less. Fraction has served over 175 clients across healthtech, fintech, logistics and other verticals – we are helping mid-market companies accelerate in the AI era.

I spent the previous 11 years in fintech building HiddenLevers, an investment risk and stress testing platform used by thousands of financial advisors to manage over $600B in combined assets. We exited to Orion in 2021, bootstrapping from founding to nine-figure exit with zero dollars raised. We were the rare profitable tech startup that was accretive to our acquirer on day 1 – we earned our 16X rev multiple!

Before HiddenLevers, I spent time as both an entrepreneur and in corporate tech roles at Oracle and Deutsche Bank. Way back in the dot-com era, I founded and sold SmartWorkGroups to Intralinks in 2000. I started my career with a brief stint at Capital One before realizing entrepreneurship was the game for me.
